Trabzonspor Officially Announces Transfer of Rene Mitongo Muteba to Standard Liege
Trabzonspor has officially confirmed the transfer of young player Rene Mitongo Muteba from Standard Liege for €3 million over a 4+1 year deal, with an additional 15% share in any future transfer fees.
Transfer Details and Contract Terms
According to an official statement made via the Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu (KAP), Trabzonspor has reached an agreement with Standard Liege for the transfer of Rene Mitongo Muteba. The club will pay €3 million as a release clause, which will be paid in three installments. Additionally, if Mitongo Muteba is transferred to another club, 15% of any future transfer fees will be shared with Trabzonspor.
Contract and Compensation Details
Trabzonspor has signed a 4+1 year contract with the player, with an initial annual guarantee fee of €675,000. If the club exercises its option to extend the contract for another season in 2030/2031, Mitongo Muteba will receive an additional €780,000 as a guarantee fee. The statement also mentions that Mitongo Muteba has undergone health checks at a hospital sponsored by Trabzonspor's main sponsor.
