Trabzonspor have completed their preparations for the UEFA Conference League play-off first leg away to KuPS. The squad, under manager Thomas Reis, held their final training session at the Tammela Stadium in Finland this evening.
The team currently sits 5th in the Süper Lig with 13 points from 7 games. They come into the match boosted by a 3-0 win over Samsunspor last weekend. Starting their European campaign with a positive result is the clear objective, with three wins in their last five outings showing improved form.
Reis stated that preparations have gone according to plan. "Our preparations for the KuPS match are ongoing," the manager said. Opponents KuPS also conducted their final drills at the same venue.
The match kicks off tomorrow at 19:45. Trabzonspor aim to secure a vital away win to take a significant step towards the group stage.
Following this European fixture, Trabzonspor's next domestic assignment is a home match against second-placed Beşiktaş on 18 October.
