Trabzonspor are persisting in their efforts to sign midfielder Eddy Doue. The club is preparing a new offer after their initial €4 million bid was rejected by Portuguese side Estrela Amadora.

The 20-year-old Ivorian has provided three assists in seven league appearances this season. Doue joined Amadora on a free transfer after spells in the youth academies of Dunkerque and PSG. Trabzonspor's scouting team has been monitoring the player.
Sitting 7th in the Süper Lig with 10 points from 6 games, Trabzonspor's form reads two wins and three losses from their last five matches. Their next fixture is away to 16th-placed Samsunspor on October 10th.
