Trabzonspor has officially confirmed the transfer of their player Salih Malkoçoğlu to Al Jazira, a club based in the United Arab Emirates. The transfer agreement was announced in a statement from the Bordo-mavili (blue and black) team, detailing the terms of the deal. According to the statement, the transfer agreement with Al Jazira includes a guarantee fee of 3.750.000 EUR and a bonus of 600.000 EUR, with a total transfer fee of 4.350.000 EUR. Additionally, if the player is transferred to another club, 15% of the net transfer fee will be paid to Trabzonspor.
Salih Malkoçoğlu, a 21-year-old midfielder, has been playing for Trabzonspor U19 and made 47 appearances, scoring 4 goals. In the last season, he also played 15 matches for the A team.
Al Jazira, on the other hand, has also made a move in the transfer window, bringing in goalkeeper Ersin Destanoğlu from another club.
